PZ-05-15 CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "SHED"

BACKGROUND: Staff received direction from the City Commission to amend the definition of shed in order to be more inclusive of those types of sheds that do not use a slab or footings.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on February 12, 2015.
