CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE OUTDOOR EVENT REGULATIONS

BACKGROUND: Staff revised Article III General Provisions, Section 3.24 Outdoor Events to clarify terminology, allow additional days for event set-up and tear down, and permit additional days or operation due to unforeseen circumstances.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval on February 3, 2015. The Development Review Committee recommended approval on January 22, 2015.
