DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION: AMENDING THE CRA EVENT POLICY
Body
BACKGROUND: The CRA wishes to amend the CRA Event Policy to incorporate the use of the blanket Temporary Use Agreement form for the utilization of CRA owned property which was approved by resolution at the CRA meeting on February 11, 2015. The Temporary Use Agreement addresses use of CRA property as well as insurance and indemnification requirements in the same document.
The CRA Event Policy is also being amended to state that additional rent may be charged to a sponsoring organization that continues to occupy the property beyond the approved dates as specified in Section 1.02 of the Temporary Use Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Motion to approve requested amendments.
