CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINER REGULATIONS.

BACKGROUND: Several permit applications for portable storage containers are denied each year. Staff drafted the attached ordinance in order to remedy the procedures and regulations governing these temporary structures.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval on February 3, 2015. The Development Review Committee recommended approval of this ordinance on January 22, 2015. The City Commission approved at First Reading on March 4, 2015.
