CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "SHED".
Body
BACKGROUND: Staff received direction from the City Commission to amend the definition of shed in order to be more inclusive of those types of sheds that do not use a slab or footings.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on February 12, 2015. On March 3, 2015, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval with the removal of "shed is not equipped with air conditioning."
