CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE BUILDING HEIGHT REQUIREMENT IN TOC-G GATEWAY DISTRICTS.

BACKGROUND: On January 21, City Commission held a workshop to address design standards for new developments in the TOC-G Gateway zoning district based upon the types of developments/tenants interested in such properties.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on February 12, 2015. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on March 3, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT: N/A
