Body
BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting to rezone 451, 461, and 471 Banks Road from R-3 to CF-1 in order to allow the expansion of the existing Fellowship Living Facilities.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on December 23, 2014. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on March 3, 2015.
