CONSIDERATION OF A REZONING FOR PROPERTIES 451, 461, AND 471 BANKS ROAD.
Body
BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting to rezone 451, 461, and 471 Banks Road from R-3 to CF-1 in order to allow the expansion of the existing Fellowship Living Facilities.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on December 23, 2014. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on March 3, 2015. The City Commission approved the item on First Reading at the March 18, 2015 Commission meeting.
