BACKGROUND:            A request has been received from the Margate Firefighter's Benevolent  Association (MBFA) to hold a carnival and health fair on CRA-owned property located at 1000 N. The MBFA is requesting use of the property from Sunday, September 6, 2015 through Wednesday, September 23, 2015 (18 days) which includes set-up and break down. The stated days of operation are Thursday, September 10, 2015 through Sunday, September 20, 2015 (11 days).
