CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE BUILDING HEIGHT REQUIREMENT IN TOC-G GATEWAY DISTRICTS.

BACKGROUND: On January 21, City Commission held a workshop to address design standards for new developments in the TOC-G Gateway zoning district based upon the types of developments/tenants interested in such properties.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on February 12, 2015. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on March 3, 2015. The City Commission approved the item on First Reading at the April 1, 2015, City Commission meeting.
