BACKGROUND: The applicant is proposing to renovate the Peppertree Plaza shopping center and add square footage. The applicant is requesting that the note on the Plat be amended as follows:
Parcel A-1 of this plat is restricted to 5,600 square feet of bank with drive-thru;
Parcel A-2 is restricted to 3,500 square feet of fast food restaurant;
Parcel A-3 is restricted to 5,100 square feet of commercial;
Parcel A-4 is restricted to 12,000 restaurant; and
Parcel A-5 is restricted to 270,000 square feet of commercial use.
