APPROVING THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE OF A NEW FOUR-STORY LIMITED ACCESS STORAGE BUILDING

BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting special exception approval for the construction of a new 92,983 square feet limited access storage facility. The four-story limited access storage building will contain 683 storage cubicles.
The project received special exception approval several years ago; however, the approval period has since expired and now seeks re-approval.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommended approval on April 1, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT: N/A
