BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting to convert the use of the existing office buildings to an inpatient medical treatment facility for Atlantic Margate Medical Center. The change in use requires a rezoning from TOC-C Corridor to CF-1 Community Facility.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee recommend approval on April 14, 2015.
