APPROVING A PLAT NOTE AMENDMENT FOR PEPPERTREE PLAZA.

BACKGROUND:             The applicant is proposing to renovate the Peppertree Plaza shopping center and add square footage. The applicant is requesting that the note on the Plat be amended (from 277,000 square feet of commercial) as follows:
 
      Parcel A-1 of this plat is restricted to 5,600 square feet of bank with drive-thru;
 
      Parcel A-2 is restricted to 3,500 square feet of fast food restaurant;
 
      Parcel A-3 is restricted to 5,100 square feet of commercial;
 
      Parcel A-4 is restricted to 12,000 restaurant; and
 
      Parcel A-5 is restricted to 270,000 square feet of commercial use.
 
 
RECOMMENDATION:      The Development Review Committee recommended approval on April 14, 2015.
