BACKGROUND: The proposed ordinance amends Appendix A Zoning, Article II. Definitions, Section 2.2 Terms Defined; Article III. General Provisions, Section 3.23 Wireless Communications Facilities; and Article XXXVI. Arcade Amusement Centers and Devices, Section 36.1 Definitions. The intent is to further clarify and define the above mentioned definitions as well as to remove repetitiveness from the code.
