APPROVE MCRA HOUSING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GUIDELINES

BACKGROUND:
At the April 8, 2015 MCRA meeting, the Board approved the guidelines for the Housing Improvement Program. A Resolution was included in the back-up, however, the item was not listed under the Resolution section of the Agenda, and the Resolution was not read into the record. Therefore the item is being brought back to the Board for approval of the Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Resolution adopting the Housing Improvement Program Guidelines.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Staff recommends that $50,000 be allocated in this year's budget, through a budget amendment.
