BACKGROUND: The proposed ordinance amends Appendix A Zoning, Article II. Definitions, Section 2.2 Terms Defined; Article III. General Provisions, Section 3.23 Wireless Communications Facilities; and Article XXXVI. Arcade Amusement Centers and Devices, Section 36. 1 Definitions. The intent is to further clarify and define the above mentioned definitions as well as to remove repetitiveness from the code.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee (DRC) recommended approval of DRC NO. 05-15-01 on May 12, 2015.
