Title
PZ-07-15 CONSIDERATION OF A REZONING FOR 6101 W. ATLANTIC BOULEVARD AND 513 MELAELUCA DRIVE FROM TOC-C CORRIDOR TO CF-1 COMMUNITY FACILITY.
Body

BACKGROUND:      The petitioner is requesting to convert the use of the existing office buildings to an inpatient medical treatment facility for Atlantic Margate Medical Center. The change in use requires a rezoning from TOC-C Corridor to CF-1 Community Facility.

RECOMMENDATION:      The Development Review Committee recommended approval with the condition that a business plan be submitted prior to moving forward with the approval process on April 14, 2015. The Planning and Zoning Board tabled the item on May 5, 2015 to June 2, 2015 due to the lack of sufficient information, including the requested business plan, provided in the application.
