BACKGROUND:
The City's annual budget process for FY 2015-16 is underway. CRA staff has prepared some very preliminary numbers for operating costs, programs and capital projects. A brief presentation will be provided to the board for discussion purposes only, in order to obtain initial feedback and direction.
