MOTION - AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THOSE TERMS DEFINED "ACCESSORY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE" AND "ACCESSORY USE"

BACKGROUND: The proposed ordinance amends Appendix A Zoning, Article II. Definitions, Section 2.2 Terms Defined; Article III. General Provisions, Section 3.23 Wireless Communications Facilities; and Article XXXVI. Arcade Amusement Centers and Devices, Sections 36.1 Definitions. The intent is to further clarify and define the above mentioned definitions as well as to remove repetitiveness from the code.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee (DRC) recommended approval of DRC NO. 05-15-01 on May 12, 2015. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of PZ-08-15 on June 2, 2015.
