RESOLUTION - APPROVING THE TEMPORARY ACCESS AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT EAST OF 190 S.W. 69TH TERRACE FOR THE C-14 WATER MAIN CANAL CROSSING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

BACKGROUND: A temporary access and construction easement is needed to allow for construction of water facilities on privately owned property within Parkway Villas. This temporary easement will provide space for the City's contractor to complete the construction work more easily than if the contractor were restricted to the existing permanent utility easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
