DECLARING PROPERTY AS SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY

BACKGROUND: Attached is a list of property to be declared surplus to the needs of the City. The surplus property, depending on its condition, will be included in an upcoming City auction; utilized as a trade-in or donation, scrapped, or sold on-line at auction. As in the past, if a piece of equipment is sold on an on-line auction site, a link will be provided on the City's website for interested bidders.
RECOMMENDATION: Declare the property as surplus to the need of the City, and authorize the
administration to dispose of the property by best method.
