BACKGROUND:                     The property owner is submitting for site plan approval of phase 2 (south half) of Celebration Pointe. The unit mix is slightly different than originally proposed; therefore, the plat note pertaining to the unit mix must be changed.

 

The petitioner is requesting to amend the plat from the south development having a mix of 580 garden apartments to 96 - 1 bedroom units, 362 - 2 bedroom units, and 122 - 3 bedroom units.
