BACKGROUND:                     The property owner is submitting for site plan approval of phase 2 (south half) of Celebration Pointe. The overall property is zoned PUD. The original PUD guidelines are for phase 1 (north half only). The amended PUD information is for the overall site to include both phases.

 

                     The petitioner is requesting to amend the Planned Residential Development (PUD) rezoning for phase 2 of the development consisting of 252 multi-family units.

 

                     This item was tabled at the August 11, 2015 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. The item was approved at the DRC meeting on August 25, 2015.
