VIRGILS VENTURES LLC., D/B/A O’MEARAS IRISH PUB
Address: 1045, 1047, 1049, 1051 NORTH STATE ROAD 7 (District C)
BACKGROUND: Renewal of Alcohol Extended Hours. This Special Permit shall permit the sale for consumption on premises of alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
From 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM of the following day, Monday through Thursday;
From 8:00 AM Friday until 4:00 AM the following Saturday;
From 8:00 AM Saturday until 4:00 AM the following Sunday;
From 12:00 Noon Sunday until 2:00 AM the following Monday;
From 8:00 AM New Year’s Eve until 4:00 AM on New Year’s Day;
From 8:00 AM St. Patrick’s Day until 4:00 AM on March 18.
RECOMMENDATION: Not recommended for approval by the Margate Police Department due to Building and Fire Code violations.
