BA-15-2015 VARIANCE REQUEST FOR SQUARE FOOTAGE STANDARDS
BACKGROUND: Petitioner is requesting permission to occupy a commercial space that is greater than 7,000 square feet. Section 8.4 of the Code allows churches, synagogues, and similar congregations of other religions and denominations as a permitted use in this zoning district, but limits the size of this use to a maximum of 7,000 square feet in gross area. Property is located at 5000 Coconut Creek Parkway, #5000B in the Crossroads Shopping Center.
