BACKGROUND: The attached By-Laws reflect the changes approved at the July 10, 2013, Recreation Foundation Inc. Board Meeting. These two (2) changes include:

 

•                     Separation of the Vice Chair/Treasurer office position into two (2) separate officer positions

 

•                     Renaming the Chair and Vice Chair to President and Vice President
