DRC NO. 01-16-01: CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE PARKING STANDARDS FOR BOLLARDS AND WHEELSTOPS.

BACKGROUND: The Zoning Code currently requires the use of wheelstops whenever a parking space directly abuts a sidewalk. This ordinance will provide an exception to this rule under certain conditions, and also grant the flexibility to allow the use of bollards in lieu of wheelstops.
