BACKGROUND: Petitioner is requesting a Special Exception use of the property at 3201 North State Road 7 to operate high end pet services which include pet grooming, cageless day care for dogs, pet transportation, indoor overnight boarding for dogs and cats, pet spa services as well as a boutique. Currently the allowable uses in the TOC-G zoning district are animal clinics and pet hospitals.
