Title
MELALEUCA DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BACKGROUND: At the June 2015 meeting, the Board approved a task order for Kimley-Horn and Associates for professional engineering design services for the Melaleuca Drive Roadway Improvement Project. Located within the TOC area and immediately adjacent to the City Center project, Melaleuca Drive currently has limited sidewalks, street lights and minimal landscaping.
The final design for Melaleuca Drive will complete the sidewalk network on both sides of the street, provide street lighting (standard FPL light poles), irrigation and additional landscaping including trees and shrubs for beautification purposes from Atlantic Boulevard to NW 9th Court.
RECOMMENDATION: For informational purposes only.
FISCAL IMPACT: The project is funded in 340-0510-512.68-22.
