DRC NO. 03-16-06: CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO INTRODUCE THE 11CG ALCOHOL LICENSE FOR GOLF COURSES.

BACKGROUND: The Department of Business and Profession Regulations, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has a type of alcohol allocation available specifically for golf courses that have at least 9 holes, and at least 35 acres. The City of Margate currently has two golf courses that serve alcohol, this ordinance would allow those golf courses to acquire the golf course specific license.
