BACKGROUND: The Margate Planning and Zoning Board is a five (5) member board with one (1) year terms. The passing of Ordinance 2013-2 on March 6, 2013, created the current appointment and application procedures for the Margate Planning and Zoning Board. The backup has a detailed memorandum from the City Clerk with further information.
