RESOLUTION - ACCEPTING BILL OF SALE AND APPROVING THE ACCESS EASEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER FACILITIES AT THE STRADA TOWN CENTER.

BACKGROUND: A bill of sale transfers ownership of utility infrastructure to the city. An access easement is required for maintenance of the utility infrastructure. The proposed bill of sale and access easement are for the Strada Town Center project, which was constructed in 2009 at the southwest corner of the intersection of Coconut Creek Parkway and Lyons Road. The water utility easement was recorded in 2009, but the bill of sale and access easement were not. The sewer infrastructure is privately maintained so there is no associated bill of sale for sewer.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
