BACKGROUND: CONSIDERATION OF A SITE PLAN RE-SUBMITTAL FOR CUMBERLAND FARMS.  PETITIONER PREVIOUSLY APPEARED BEFORE THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (DRC) ON JUNE 9, 2015 FOR A SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR THE ABOVE LOCATION. THE DRC PROVIDED NUMEROUS COMMENTS ON THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL; IT RECOMMENDED DENIAL FOR THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST.  COPIES OF THE MEETING MINUTES ARE ATTACHED.
