THE DRC PROVIDED NUMEROUS COMMENTS ON THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL; IT RECOMMENDED DENIAL FOR THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST. COPIES OF THE MEETING MINUTES ARE ATTACHED.
