BACKGROUND: Petitioner requests site plan approval for the construction of 100 senior housing apartments at N.W. 31st Street and North State Road 7.
RECOMMENDATION: Consideration for a plat amendment to the subject property to allow 100 mid-rise units was heard at the Development Review Committee on March 22, 2016 (copy of meeting minutes is attached). The item proceeded to the City Commission on April 20, 2016 and was approved by Resolution 16-204.
