BACKGROUND: The petitioner is proposing to renovate an existing vacant building and to add a new addition of 3,100 square feet, to develop a drive through Dandee Donut Factory that will be 2,100 square feet, as well as to add a drive through only ATM in accordance with the petitioner’s Site Plan. The zoning, Transit Oriented Corridor-Gateway (TOC-G) does not allow for drive through facilities without a Special Exception.
