BACKGROUND: At a recent County Commission meeting discussion occurred regarding a possible compromise regarding the multiple sales surtax proposals. Another County Commission meeting will be held on June 14. This agenda item will be to consider any follow up actions that the City may desire to take related to a possible compromise position between the County and municipalities.
