JULY 4^TH EVENT ALCOHOL SALES

BACKGROUND:                                          A request was made at the June 1, 2016 City Commission meeting for a beer sale tent at the July 4^th Event with all proceeds benefitting Margate baseball teams. The teams for consideration are the Margate Pinto and Mustang All Star Baseball Teams.  If the Commission approves, the approval can be contingent upon the sponsoring organization obtaining the necessary alcohol sales permit and appropriate insurance certificate naming the City as additionally insured.

RECOMMENDATION:                     For Commission consideration.
