PETITIONER: RICK RICCARDI, FELLOWSHIP LIVING FACILITIES, INC.
BACKGROUND: Petitioner is requesting a rezoning of the properties adjacent to the current Fellowship Living location to expand its group housing facilities. The zoning change would be from R-3 Multiple Dwelling to CF-1 Community Facilities.
The property located at 431 Banks Road is owned by Marylou Cosby and Ethel Robert; the property located at 441 Banks Road is owned by Fellowship Living Facilities, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION: This item was approved at the Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting on July 26, 2016. A copy of the minutes from the July 26, 2016 DRC meeting is attached.
