BACKGROUND:                     Limousines of South Florida, Inc. has provided transit services for the Margate Inner-City Transit since October 1, 2010.  The Department of Public Works has negotiated a rate of $42.00 per hour, per vehicle in revenue service.  This rate is $2.96 lower than the current rate of $44.96 per hour and would be a cost savings to the City.
