RESOLUTION - APPROVING THE UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES LOCATED AT 2250 NORTH STATE ROAD 7.
Body
BACKGROUND: Utility and access easements are required for maintenance of water and sewer facilities. The proposed utility and access easements are for the Margate Lincoln Volvo facility located at 2250 North State Road 7. These easements would be in effect after and subject to the approval of the ordinance for vacation of the right of way easement, which is scheduled for second reading on November 2, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
