Title
APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 431 BANKS ROAD AND 441 BANKS ROAD
BACKGROUND: Petitioner, Rick Riccardi, Fellowship Living Facilities, Inc., is requesting a rezoning of the properties adjacent to the current Fellowship Living location to expand its group housing facilities. The zoning change would be from R-3 Multiple Dwelling to CF-1 Community Facilities.
The property located at 431 Banks Road is jointly owned by Marylou Cosby and Ethel Robert; the property located at 441 Banks Road is owned by Fellowship Living Facilities, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION: This item was approved at the Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting on July 26, 2016. The item went before the Planning and Zoning Board (P&Z) on September 6, 2016 and it was approved contingent on signed authorization from both property owners. Signed authorization from both owners has been received and copies are attached.
A copy of the signed minutes from the July 26, 2016 DRC meeting and a draft copy of the minutes from the P&Z on September 6, 2016 are attached.
