REVIEW AND DISCUSSION (CONTINUED) - PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO CITY CENTER PLAN
BACKGROUND:
The CRA held a workshop meeting on January 31, 2017 to discuss potential modifications to the City Center plan. An outcome of that meeting was the decision to have a second workshop with the developers to discuss the revisions in greater detail. If the decision is made to alter the site plan, an amendment to the Development Agreement incorporating the revisions will be negotiated and brought back to the board at a future meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Discuss and provide direction regarding the proposed revisions to the City Center plan.
