BACKGROUND: The Margate Board of Adjustment is a five (5) member committee with one (1) year terms. The passing of Ordinance 2013-2 on March 6, 2013, created the current appointment and application procedures for the Margate Board of Adjustment. The backup has a detailed memorandum from the City Clerk with further information, including all applications on file.
