A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER DISTRICT APPROVING AN ORDER AGREEMENT BETWEEN KONICA MINOLTA AND THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR A COPY MACHINE FOR THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT UTILIZING STATE CONTRACT PRICING.

BACKGROUND:                     This thirty six (36) month lease agreement will provide a copy machine for the

                                       Recreation Department to produce monthly newsletters, flyers, event tickets and

                                        invitations. Contract pricing is based on State contract. This new lease agreement

                                        includes the option of color copying.                      

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: TO APPROVE                     

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:     Funding is provided through Senior Center grants. Lease base cost is $216.12 plus

                                      copy charges of $0.0055 for B/W copies and $0.042 for color copies. The annual

                                      cost for the copier and copies is estimated at less than $4,000 per year
