BACKGROUND: The terms for the five-member Board of Adjustment expired March 18, 2017. The City Commission appointed two new members and re-appointed three current members to the Board of Adjustment at the City Commission meeting held on March 15, 2017. In accordance with Section 2-76 of the Code of Ordinances, “The members of said board shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary from its membership.”
