CONSIDERATION OF RENEWAL OF SPECIAL PERMIT FOR EXTENDED HOURS OF ALCOHOL SALES FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES FY 2016/2017 FOR:
AMAYA’S CENTENARIO NIGHT CLUB LLC. DBA - CENTENARIO NIGHT CLUB.
BACKGROUND: New owner requesting extended hours. This Special Permit shall permit the sale for consumption on premises of alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
From 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM of the following day, Monday through Thursday;
From 8:00 AM Friday until 4:00 AM the following Saturday;
From 8:00 AM Saturday until 4:00 AM the following Sunday;
From 12:00 Noon Sunday until 2:00 AM the following Monday;
From 8:00 AM New Year’s Eve until 4:00 AM on New Year’s Day;
From 8:00 AM St. Patrick’s Day until 4:00 AM on March 18.
RECOMMENDATION: The Margate Police Department recommends review by the Margate City
Commission.
