APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MEETING ON APRIL 4, 2017.
BACKGROUND: At the May 2, 2017 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, the Board advised that the roll call on the last item had been omitted from the draft minutes of the April 4, 2017 meeting. The Board approved the minutes with the condition that the roll call be added. Staff later determined that the last few minutes of the meeting had not been transcribed (which included the roll call). The last page of the minutes was amended to reflect the additional comments and the roll call.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
