Title
RESOLUTION - AWARDING BID NO. 2017-012 - INTERIOR PAINTING AND FLOORING REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEES ADMINISTRATION BUILDING TO BENTLEY & COMPANY, INC.; NOT TO EXCEED $129,583.
BACKGROUND: The City publically advertised for bids for Bid No. 2017-012 for the supply of labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, and insurance necessary to complete the interior painting and flooring replacement at the Department of Environmental and Engineering Services (DEES) Administration Building. A total of four bid packages were requested by and issued to potential bidders. Two bid responses were received.
After review of the two submitted bids, DEES is recommending award of the bid to the lowest bidder Bentley & Company, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
