BACKGROUND: As part of the ongoing effort to correct errors and inconsistencies between the City’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and the Zoning Map, staff has identified two additional properties to rezone. The two properties are currently zoned B-2 Community Business District and R-1C One-Family Dwelling District, respectively. This Ordinance will rezone both properties to CON Conservation District. Please note that this is the second group of rezonings in this overall rezoning effort.
RECOMMENDATION: The Development Review Committee (DRC) approved this item at the DRC meeting held on July 11, 2017. A draft copy of the meeting minutes is attached.
